We operate a working superconducting quantum computer in Vijayawada — dilution refrigerator, control electronics, readout chain and all. It is a teaching instrument, not a datacentre: three qubits will not factor anything interesting.
What it will do is show you the part of the stack no simulator can teach — how a qubit is kept cold, controlled, measured and calibrated.
Selected learners work on the system directly.
